What’s included in your MaxBuilds website

AUD $1,200 one-off build + AUD $79/month required Website Care. The first 30 days of Care after launch are included at no extra cost. We confirm your scope, agreement and invoice before you pay.

What’s included

• One business, one language and one primary service region. MaxBuilds serves clients Australia-wide.
• Up to five core pages: Home, Services, About, Work/Gallery and Contact.
• Up to six service summaries and 1,500 words of lightly edited information you supply.
• Up to 12 supplied project images and six genuine, permissioned testimonials.
• Mobile-friendly design, one enquiry form (up to six fields and one inbox), spam protection, click-to-call and one map/link where appropriate.
• Basic SEO: page titles and descriptions, headings, image descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemap, robots and business structured data.
• One client-owned analytics property, with page views, call clicks and confirmed enquiry tracking. No ranking, traffic or revenue guarantee.
• Domain connection, GitHub/Netlify setup, HTTPS, mobile and keyboard checks, and verified enquiry-email delivery.
• Two consolidated revision rounds. Implementation fixes do not use a round.
• One client-approved privacy notice outside the five core pages, and up to five straightforward redirects for a replacement site.
• Source files/repository, relevant account access and a short handover guide after full payment.

Payments and timing

$600 to start. $600 after approval, before launch and handover. After qualification, we email your scope, agreement and invoice. Sign the agreement and pay the deposit by Stripe card payment or Australian bank transfer. Payment links and bank details are sent privately.

Target delivery within seven calendar days after your deposit and required content are received. Full intake follows agreement and deposit. Feedback, access, scope changes, final payment or domain delays may change the date; we confirm any revised timing with you.

What’s separate

Domain registration, renewal and any hosting, form, email, analytics or other third-party charges are separate, disclosed before you commit and paid directly to the provider. Website Care is required with every MaxBuilds website and is separate from provider charges.

Extra pages or features, online shops, booking systems, custom applications, CMS/blog administration, full branding, photography, deep copywriting, legal drafting, paid advertising, ongoing SEO and unlimited edits are excluded. Additional work is quoted and agreed before it starts.

Your website and domain

Your domain belongs to you from day one. After full payment, you receive the completed website and source files and can use, modify or move the site to compatible hosting. MaxBuilds retains its reusable template; third-party materials keep their licences. Provider-specific services such as forms may need reconfiguration when moving.

Launch support

Every website includes 30 days of launch support for implementation issues, alongside your required Website Care. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Required Website Care

Website Care is a required part of every MaxBuilds website. Your first 30 days after launch are included at no extra cost. After that, the fee is AUD $79/month. This ongoing cost is part of your agreement from the start and is confirmed before your deposit.

• A monthly check of your enquiry form, links and key pages.
• Up to 30 minutes of small content changes each month.
• A short update explaining what we checked or changed.

Small changes include text, opening hours, contact details and supplied photo updates. Unused editing time does not roll over. New pages, features and larger changes are quoted separately.

Your website can remain with MaxBuilds only while Website Care is paid. If you stop paying or end the service, arrange a move to another provider to keep your site live. Your domain and delivered source files remain yours. Hosting, domain and other provider costs remain separate. Cancellation, payment and transfer arrangements are confirmed in your signed agreement before you pay.

You can move your delivered website to another provider if you leave MaxBuilds. While your website remains with MaxBuilds, Website Care is required. Larger changes are quoted separately.

Your project agreement

This is a service summary. Your signed agreement confirms the exact scope, costs and timing. Contact Max about requirements outside this scope or questions about changes or cancellation.
