Website Care is a required part of your MaxBuilds service, agreed before you pay your deposit.

Small changes include text, opening hours, contact details and supplied photo updates. Unused editing time does not roll over. New pages, features and larger changes are quoted separately.
Your website can remain with MaxBuilds only while Website Care is paid. If you end the service, arrange a move to another provider. You keep your domain and delivered source files. Hosting, domain and other provider costs remain separate.

How much does it cost?
The build is AUD $1,200 one-off: $600 to start and $600 after approval, before launch and handover. Required Website Care is AUD $79/month after the first 30 days, which are included. We confirm all costs in your agreement before you pay. Pay by card through Stripe or bank transfer.
What does the price include?
Up to five pages, mobile-friendly design, an enquiry form, click-to-call, basic SEO, analytics setup, two revision rounds, launch and source handover. Online shops, booking systems and custom applications are excluded. See full scope and exclusions.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your domain stays in your name. After final payment for the build, you receive the site, source files and account access. Website Care is required while your website remains with MaxBuilds. If you leave, you can move your delivered site to compatible hosting. Reusable components and third-party licences still apply.

Yes. Website Care is required with every MaxBuilds website. The first 30 days after launch are included at no extra cost; then it is AUD $79/month. Your website can remain with MaxBuilds only while this is paid. Hosting, domain and other provider costs are separate and confirmed before you commit.
How long does it take?
Target delivery within seven calendar days after your deposit and required content are received. Delayed feedback, access, scope changes, final payment or domain connection can move the launch date.
What do you need from me?
Business details, services, service areas, contact details, available photos and domain access. We send a checklist after agreement and deposit, and lightly edit the information you supply. You approve the facts.
How do revisions work?
Two consolidated feedback rounds are included in the build. Implementation fixes don’t use a round. After launch, Website Care includes up to 30 minutes of small content changes each month. Unused time does not roll over. Extra pages, features and larger changes are quoted separately.
What happens after launch?
You receive your files, account access and a handover guide. Website Care covers monthly checks and small content updates, with the first 30 days included and AUD $79/month after that.
Every build also includes 30 days of launch support for implementation issues. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you stop paying for Care, your website cannot remain with MaxBuilds; you retain your domain and delivered files and can move to another provider. Cancellation and transfer arrangements are confirmed in your agreement before you pay.
